One of Irene’s proudest achievements is her first full-length play, “Las Comadres de Morales Street,” a heartfelt tribute to the vibrant westside community of San Antonio.  The first act of Las Comadres was performed on the Jump Start Theatre stage, so it’s fitting that it will be produced by the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center there. This work, part of Teatro Audaz’s Nuestra Historias series, showcases Irene’s ability to weave compelling narratives and fills us with pride for her deep connection to her cultural heritage.
