The April Monterrosa Show is celebrating three years of amplifying Tejano voices, spotlighting community leaders, and sharing powerful stories from Southside San Antonio and across Texas.
Launched during Hispanic Heritage Month, the show quickly became a trusted Saturday morning staple. The program airs LIVE every Saturday at 9 a.m. on KLMO 98.9 FM and streams on KLMO’s Facebook Live. It is available through the station’s app—making it accessible to listeners across the region and beyond.

Monterrosa is the publisher of Live from the Southside Magazine, the first woman-owned Southside San Antonio–based publication. She is an award-winning entrepreneur recognized for her civic leadership and community advocacy. Her work across print, digital, and broadcast platforms continues to uplift voices often overlooked while connecting people to resources and opportunities.
