Meet the Artists: Holly & Paul Simonette
Holly Simonette, owner, and fiber craft artist, brings a passion for creativity that spans dance, theater, sewing, gardening, and knitting. Her handwoven accessories and clothing reflect the beauty of nature, using rich textures and colors to create timeless pieces. As the manager of Enchanted Fredericksburg Ranch and the Purple Shack Makers Gallery, she also works toward her Native Plant Landscaping certification, blending art with sustainability.
Paul Simonette, owner and glassblower, discovered his passion after retiring from a 37-year firefighting career with the Department of Defense and the U.S. Forest Service. His love for glass artistry shines through every hand-blown vase, bowl, and drinking glass he creates. When he’s not in the hot shop, Paul helps restore the ranch, works on landscaping projects, and serves as a firefighter with Willow City Volunteer Fire & Rescue.
