Coffee shops have become more and more popular with all ages. Suppose you are one to coffee shop hop. In that case, you cannot deny their intimate atmosphere that is made up of cozy colors, chill background music, and a variety of unique individuals staying for hours on their laptops, talking with friends, and reading books.
Being a female-owned publication, we love highlighting new female-owned businesses. This fall, a new coffee shop opened its doors in the East Central Independent School District area.
Honeycreek Coffee Co. is owned by Sarah Pruski (co-owner & coffee enthusiast) and Jessica Lubianski (co-owner & treat queen).
The two women began as a small pop-up shop in November of 2020 and slowly grew to be able to open a physical location at 8948 US Hwy 87 E, Ste 2, San Antonio, TX 78263.
The Honeycreek Coffee Co. motto is “Made with Love & Served with Love,” They do that with their aromatic beverages and sweet treats. They carry an array of coffee combinations, including their signature “Honeycreek Delight,” it’s made with honey, creme, and vanilla bean and can be served iced or hot.
Into the coffee classics? Their menu includes lattes and americanos hot or iced as well. If you are more of a tea drinker, they have you covered with their sweet and peach tea.
As for the treats, you can’t go wrong with a muffin, cinnamon roll, or sausage kolaches to go along with your coffee.
If you need a pick me up towards the end of the week, be sure to stop by on a Thursday or Friday beginning at 3 pm for their “Happy Hour” deals.
The “support local” vibe is definitely in the air with their cute setup of local merchandise.
