Glow Row allows you to experience a world of amazing landmarks, marine life and wildlife as you travel along the Texas Coast in transparent kayaks with glowing LED lights. The 100% clear kayaks provide you with the opportunity to enjoy a one-of-a-kind lighted kayak experience.
Glow Row provides guided tours with experienced, entertaining and friendly guides who will point out unique and interesting landmarks and wildlife along the tour route. Each kayak fits 1 or 2 people and each tour can have up to 10 kayaks in the group. Glow Row provides you with basic kayak lessons and all the equipment you’ll need before you head out on your adventure. (See FAQ’s below for more information). The cool thing about the kayaks is that you are in complete control of your kayak’s vibe according to your mood. Each kayak is lit up with special underwater LED lights and each LED lighting system features 7 different colors and settings for you to choose from.

Corpus Christi- Harbor Marina Del Sol Sunken Ship Tour–
Tour Distance- ¾ mile (round trip)
Tour Time Length- 1 hour
Tour Days & Departure Times- Offered on Mondays at 8PM and 10:30PM.
Description- This is the only nighttime glowing sunken ship tour on the Texas Gulf Coast and in America. The tour starts in the harbor behind the Marina Del Sol Condominium Complex and takes place mostly on the northern end of the harbor, right outside of Cole Park. During the tour, you’ll learn about the history behind the sunken vessels, including how and when they sank into the bottom of the shallow harbor.
North Padre Island- Sunset Island Tour–
Tour Distance- 1 mile (round trip)
Tour Time Length- 1 to 1.5 hours
Tour Days & Departure Times- Offered on Fridays at 8PM and 10:30PM.
Description- This tour departs from Sunset Island, an iconic landmark just outside of Corpus Christi. The tour route travels down the edge of the Intracoastal Waterway, where you’ll have the opportunity to see Blue Crab, Redfish and Stingrays.
Port Aransas- Lighthouse Lakes Tour–
Tour Distance- 1 mile (round trip)
Tour Time Length- 1 to 1.5 hours
Tour Days & Departure Times- Offered on Thursdays at 8PM and 10:30PM.
Description- This tour departs from Lighthouse Landing, right off the Redfish Bay Causeway on Texas State Highway 361. The route will take you across the deepest part of the boating channel of Lighthouse Lakes and then you’ll travel through the shallow waters.
Port O’Connor- Bar Room Bay Tour–
Tour Distance- 1.5 miles (round trip)
Tour Time Length- 1.5 hours
Tour Days & Departure Times- Offered on Wednesdays at 8PM and 10:30PM.
Description- This tour is for experienced kayakers. The tour begins at the docks of the Inn at Clark’s, where you’ll meet the marina’s small resident American Alligator. The route then travels through the Intracoastal Waterway, navigating waters about 12 to 15 feet deep. Afterwards, you’ll head though the Fisherman’s Cut Channel, which empties into Port O’Connor’s Bar Room Bay. While in the Bay, you’ll have the chance to view Blue Crab, Stone Crab, Drum Fish, Flounder, Herring and Stingrays.
Port O’Connor- Little Jetties Tour–
Tour Distance- 1 mile (round trip)
Tour Time Length- 1 to 1.5 hours
Tour Days & Departure Times- Offered on Tuesdays at 8PM and 10:30PM.
Description- This tour is ideal for beginner kayakers. The tour starts on the northern part of the Port O’Connor Jetty and then travels north towards Kingfisher Beach. Along the way, you’ll see a natural wetland hatchery and you’ll also experience an array of fish species, including Atlantic Croaker, Black Drum, Red Drum, Sand Trout, Speckled Trout and Sheepshead, along with Hermit Crabs that call the Jetty’s rocks and crevices home.
Rockport- Little Bay Tour–
Tour Distance- 1 mile (round trip)
Tour Time Length- 1 to 1.5 hours
Tour Days & Departure Times- Offered on Saturdays at 8PM and 10:30PM.
Description- The tour begins in the shallow waters of the southwestern part of Little Bay. The route travels north along Texas State Highway 35 and heads towards Little Bay’s man made oyster reefs. Along the route, you may encounter an array of fish species such as Black Drum, Red Drum and Speckled Trout, along with Shrimp and Stone Crab.
Rockport- Paradise Key Tour–
Tour Distance- 1 mile (round trip)
Tour Time Length- 1 to 1.5 hours
Tour Days & Departure Times- Offered on Sundays at 8PM and 10:30PM.
Description- This tour starts off from the docks located next to the Paradise Key Dockside Bar & Grill and the Marker 12 Bar & Grill. The tour route travels through the shallow water of Paradise Key, called “The Cove.” This area features a mangrove habitat, where Blue Crab and Small Shrimp reside.

What is the cost of a kayak tour? Tours start at $39.95 per person.
Are reservations required for kayak tours? Yes!
What equipment is provided? Each kayak comes with a United States Coast Guard flare kit, United States Coast Guard life jackets, paddle with lanyard, flashlights and emergency whistle.
Are there any age restrictions? Yes. All kayakers must be 18 years of age or older. For those who plan on consuming alcohol, you must be 21 years of age or older.
Do kayaks have a weight limit? Yes. The limit is 400 pounds per kayak.
Can I bring along bug spray? Yes, as long as it doesn’t contain DEET. DEET will cause clouding of the kayak.
Are coolers allowed? Yes, as long as they are soft coolers and not hard ones.
Can I bring my own alcohol? Yes, as long as you are 21+.
Can I take pictures and videos? Yes!
