San Antonio food lovers, mark your calendars. CULINARIA has officially announced the return of San Antonio Restaurant Weeks – Winter 2026, bringing two flavorful weeks of prix-fixe dining back to the Alamo City from January 17–31, 2026.
As preparations begin, restaurant sign-ups are now open, inviting establishments across San Antonio and the surrounding region to participate in one of the city’s most anticipated culinary events.
A Citywide Celebration of San Antonio’s Culinary Scene
San Antonio Restaurant Weeks showcases the depth, creativity, and diversity of the local food and beverage community. During the Winter 2026 edition, participating restaurants will offer:

Three-course lunch menus priced between $20–$30

Three-course dinner menus ranging from $35–$55, highlighting elevated and upscale dining experiences
These specially curated menus encourage diners to explore new restaurants, revisit longtime favorites, and experience San Antonio’s culinary excellence—all while supporting CULINARIA’s year-round mission to uplift the local hospitality industry.

Restaurants participating in San Antonio Restaurant Weeks often elevate the experience with optional add-ons such as seasonal cocktails, wine pairings, or by-the-glass offerings. One such highlight may include a featured cocktail or beer from Shiner, one of the newest supporters of Restaurant Weeks.
These thoughtful enhancements give diners even more ways to savor the season while supporting local and Texas-based partners.
Boutique Hotels Return for Stay-and-Dine Experiences
CULINARIA will once again welcome participation from San Antonio’s boutique hotel community, creating curated stay-and-dine experiences for visitors during Restaurant Weeks.
Hotel Emma returns as the first confirmed hotel partner for Winter 2026, with additional boutique hotels expected to be announced. These partnerships offer elevated hospitality options that perfectly complement San Antonio’s dining scene.
