Located less than 1.5 miles from both McCollum and Harlandale High Schools, the urgent care facility offers convenient access to medical care with extended hours to accommodate the busy schedules of educators and staff. The clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare and fostering a sense of community for those who devote their lives to education.
At the heart of Til Midnight Urgent Care is Dr. Ray Altamirano, a proud Harlandale ISD alumnus. Before pursuing his medical career, he attended Stonewall/Flanders Elementary, Harlandale Middle School, and Harlandale High School. Driven by a deep commitment to serving the community that shaped him, Dr. Altamirano strategically established Til Midnight Urgent Care to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare to the people of Harlandale ISD and beyond. His firsthand understanding of the community’s needs makes him uniquely positioned to offer compassionate and effective care.
Ray Altamirano, M.D., known as the “Doctor of the People,” is also the founder of Casa Salud Family Medicine Clinic. He’s the son of 2 immigrant workers from Coahuila, Mexico, and a first-generation American. After graduating as Valedictorian 1998 from Harlandale High School, he attended Texas A&M University and medical school in Guadalajara. He moved back to San Antonio in 2011 and fulfilled his dream of serving the same community that raised him on his terms. “My greatest accomplishment is being a father to my five children,” he says.
With this official partnership, Til Midnight Urgent Care is honored to be Harlandale ISD’s trusted urgent care provider. The clinic looks forward to welcoming district employees and ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve.
