Her entrepreneurial aspirations began in childhood. After earning her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s
University, she gained experience working in her father-in-law’s family business. She and her husband later assumed ownership of Morin Construction LLC, using her knowledge and Devin’s skills to grow the company. Alongside this, Devin fulfilled her dream of opening Pretty Little Gems Boutique, which now employs a dedicated team of five.
Morin’s path to success was marked by determination and resilience. Starting a business during the pandemic brought challenges, including finding guidance in navigating new ventures and balancing her roles as a business owner, wife, and mother. Even in the face of adversity, her persistence has inspired those around her.
She takes pride in being a role model for her daughters and mentoring individuals in the remodeling industry. Her membership in the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) has furthered her ability to give back to her community through donations and volunteer efforts. Her nomination for NAWBO’s Rising Star Award speaks to her leadership and influence.
Despite her demanding schedule, she is passionate about her family and community and prioritizes extracurricular activities with her children, including Girl Scouts, school events, and sports.
