As a certified Community Development Entity (CDE) through the U.S. Treasury’s CDFI Fund New Markets Tax Credit Program, Noirbcc Inc. supports transformative projects in low-income communities nationwide. Through this program, eligible developments of $5 million or more gain access to equity generated from federal tax credits, which is deployed as seven-year forgivable loans. This innovative financing model fuels job creation, business expansion, healthcare access, education, manufacturing, and infrastructure improvements in underserved areas. Additionally, the organization welcomes opportunities to collaborate with Hispanic and Latino-owned businesses undertaking large-scale development projects.
