Mija’s, Margaritas & Menopause returns on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Texas Sugar Daddies (1135 Mission Road, San Antonio). This event is the second installment of the Menopause Mijas Quarterly Community Series. The series was created to educate, empower, and connect women navigating perimenopause and menopause. It provides a welcoming, community-centered environment for these women.

Kristy Ward
Kristy Ward, founder of Menopause Mijas, was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, and now calls San Antonio home. She is a wife, mother, and certified menopause health coach. Kristy created Menopause Mijas to provide women with accessible education, honest conversations, and culturally rooted spaces. In these spaces, caring for yourself and caring for others can coexist.
