Nineteen17 uses local ingredients including their own “house” herbs, honey, and veggies in all of their dishes. They have a sweet selection of local wines and craft beers. Though Nineteen17 is inside the hotel, they are open to the public.
A favorite at Nineteen17 is the Char-Grilled Short Rib Brisket Burger with a side of rosemary parmesan tots. They also make a really good pizza fresh out of their wood oven. Check out the menu HERE.
