Downtown San Antonio Neighborhood Association Co-Founder Jesse Cazares Joins the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce

The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce is strengthening its leadership team by appointing Jesse Cazares as Communications Director. A well-respected figure in the San Antonio business and media community, Cazares brings extensive experience in marketing, communications, and community engagement to the role.

“Jesse is a great fit for our organization as he knows how to market a membership organization successfully,” said Jeff Webster, President & CEO of the Greater Chamber. “He has tremendous experience in media, marketing, and communications, has strong ties to the business community, and has a passion for advancing our community through a healthy business climate, responsible economic development, strong local government, and great quality of life.”

Cazares currently serves as co-founder and chair of the Downtown San Antonio Neighborhood Association, known as the “Urbanistas,” he has been instrumental in fostering growth and connectivity in the downtown area. Additionally, as the Founder of Socialize San Antonio, a blog dedicated to promoting local businesses, he has built an engaged audience of over 44,000 followers, demonstrating his ability to amplify brands and strengthen community engagement. His professional journey includes serving as Social Media Product Manager at the San Antonio Express-News, as Marketing Manager at Geekdom, and most recently, as Community Lead at Common Desk – A WeWork Company.
