Inspo and the Owner
The inspiration for CheeseMé came in 2023 when Jessica Mueller traveled to New Orleans and visited a local cheese shop that embodied community and hospitality. Wanting to bring that same energy to San Antonio, she set out to create a destination where locals could gather and savor the best in artisanal cheese.
Jessica Mueller brings over 11 years of experience in event planning, nonprofit program management, and small business support in San Antonio. She has worked with organizations like San Antonio Leaders & Teachers (SALT), Youth Do Vote, Tech Bloc, and the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
With hands-on experience in food service management and her deep roots in the city’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, Mueller is passionate about helping San Antonio thrive, one cheese board at a time.
