Boeing is expanding access to high-quality, convenient and affordable health care in San Antonio through its new clinic near Port San Antonio.
Crossover at the Port, Boeing’s first combined primary care and dental clinic, opened to Boeing employees and their families in June. The company has now expanded clinic access to other employers at Port San Antonio, making the San Antonio location the first Boeing clinic of its kind to serve employees outside the company.
Boeing leaders, Port San Antonio officials and community partners celebrated the expansion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 10, 2026.
Primary Care and Dental Services at Port San Antonio
The 4,200-square-foot clinic offers advanced medical and dental facilities, with same-day or next-day appointments available virtually and in person.
In addition to standard primary care, services include:
Mental health support
Physical therapy
Chiropractic care
Health coaching
Dental cleanings and exams
Fillings and crowns
Other comprehensive dental services
The integrated care model is designed to reduce barriers to timely care, lower health care costs and improve health outcomes for employees and their families.
“With this clinic, Boeing is not only investing in our own workforce’s health, but also helping strengthen the San Antonio community by expanding access to vital health care services,” said Warren Helm, Boeing San Antonio site leader. “We’re proud to partner with Crossover Health and Onsite Dental to bring this level of care closer to home.”
Jim Perschbach, president and CEO of Port San Antonio, said Boeing’s decision to welcome other employers reflects the company’s commitment to the larger Tech Port community.
“Boeing didn’t have to open this clinic to other employers on the Tech Port campus, but they did—and that decision says a lot about how Boeing thinks about the people who work here, not just its own team,” Perschbach said.
Port San Antonio is extending the clinic benefit to its employees, and other companies located on the campus may also consider participating.
Boeing’s Continued Investment in Employee Health
Boeing currently operates 18 primary care clinics for its employees across the country, with additional locations planned. The San Antonio clinic is the company’s first and only clinic currently open to nearby employers.
The company also supported the passage of the federal Primary Care Enhancement Act, which allows employers to offer health care options intended to improve quality and reduce costs for employees and their families.
Crossover at the Port is part of Boeing’s larger investment in employee health and well-being. The company’s benefits include primary care access, mental health support, tuition assistance and retirement benefits.
Boeing employs more than 7,000 people throughout Texas and maintains strong connections in San Antonio through charitable giving, volunteerism and community partnerships. By expanding access to the clinic, Boeing and Port San Antonio are helping more local employees receive essential health and dental care closer to where they work.
