Soy Latina proudly announces the appointment of Judy Razo, Vice President of Experience & Growth at Community First Health Plans, as the organization’s new Board Chair.
A respected leader in healthcare and community engagement, Razo brings extensive leadership experience, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to empowering underserved communities throughout San Antonio.
Soy Latina, a young women’s leadership and mentorship organization dedicated to empowering Latina high school students through education, leadership development, mentorship, and cultural pride, continues to expand its impact under strong community leadership.

In her role at Community First Health Plans, Razo leads initiatives to enhance member experiences, strengthen community partnerships, and advance equitable access to healthcare. Her dedication to fostering authentic
relationships and driving positive change has made her a trusted leader across South Texas.
Since its founding, Soy Latina has experienced tremendous growth, serving young women through mentorship, leadership workshops, college-readiness initiatives, career exploration opportunities, and community engagement. The organization has built a strong network of Latina professionals committed to guiding and inspiring future leaders.
As Board Chair, Razo will help guide Soy Latina‘s continued growth by strengthening partnerships, expanding programming, and creating new opportunities for young women to develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in college, careers, and community leadership.
