Country Artist Mario Moreno will be releasing his first music video for his new single ”Loving You” at Brooster’s Backyard Icehouse at 815 Pleasanton Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78214, on Friday, October 15, 2021, at 7 PM. (And, everyone is invited to attend!)
Country Music Singer/Songwriter Mario Moreno was born and raised on the Southside of San Antonio and a graduate of McCollum High School, Class of 1996. Coming from a musical family, Mario started singing at the age of 9 years old with his influences stemming from his father, Mario Moreno Sr.
Growing up on the Southside, he was also influenced by watching his fellow McCollum alumni, Emilio Navaira, and Ram Herrera as well as other influences to include Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, and of course George Strait.
Starting his band in 2010, he’s performed in and around the South Texas region, including the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and the Y100 Morning Show. Staying true to the country roots sound and a love for writing his own songs that is what lead him to recording a few of his own.

Mario’s much anticipated new original song “Loving You” was inspired by a series of events at his aviation job, he compared some of his experiences to relationships, along with imagination and inspiration from his surroundings to create his first official music video.
The music video captures every lyric, chord, and fun upbeat sound to a tune that solidifies the true meaning of “Loving You.” The inaugural music video and Mario’s vision was brought to life and produced by Director/ Producer Cynthia Garcia, Owner of Garcia289 Productions.
Mario’s music career includes recording five original songs “Set Me Free”, “One Last Take”, “It’s Your Love”, “Just Friends”, and “Never to Be Found” which climbed to #38 on the Texas Country Radio Music charts. His new single “Loving You” was recorded and produced at Stone Creek Sound Studios by Grammy nominated Producer Mack Damon.
