Required by The Health Department: There must be a Certified Food Manager present in the facility during hours of operation. This is a 1-day class and exam that you need a 70% score to receive your certification, the whole grading process takes about 2 weeks. We have the Manager class schedules all the way to April on our website https://www.foodsafetydirect.com The cost is $175 for the class & exam.
