<p>Join the City of San Antonio World Heritage Office for a special evening with Chef Adan Medrano and photographer JoMando Cruz! Medrano will briefly discuss his new “Texas Mexican Plant-Based Cookbook” featuring photography by JoMando Cruz. </p>
<p>Guests will be able to explore and experience an outdoor exhibit showcasing the book’s stunning imagery whole enjoying samples of the flavorful recipes.*</p>
<p>Attendees can purchase a copy of Medrano’s book that evening.**</p>
<p>Free and Open to the Public. Registration welcome, but not required. </p>
