<p>James Beard Award finalist John Russ and pastry chef Elise Russ will take guests to John’s hometown of New Orleans on Friday, August 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Together, John and Elise will bring the soulful flavors of New Orleans to the table. The four-course meal starts at $59 per person. </p>
<p>Owner and Chef John drew inspiration for this month’s Friday Lunch from his roots in New Orleans and a deep appreciation for the relentless heat of August. “It’s that heat that doesn’t stop and the humidity that keeps on going,” he shared. With that in mind, he set out to create a menu full of bold flavors and old-school dishes that capture the spirit of the city in the summertime.</p>
