Duck Walk: Get to Know Your Web-Footed Friends

Come dabble with us a while as we dive into duck identification! Join us for a walking workshop as we explore the waterfowl that use Mitchell Lake Audubon Center wetlands in the winter. Learn to identify the most common ducks seen in Central Texas, following the three basic rules for bird identification to sort different species swimming around together. Dress for the weather and bring your binoculars. We will bring two spotting scopes to bring the web-footed wonders closer for our inspection.
