Brackenridge Park Conservancy Hosts Family Fishing Day

<p>The Brackenridge Park Conservancy invites families to celebrate the fall season at one of San Antonio’s most beloved parks. Enjoy a free, family-friendly event, Family Fishing Day on Saturday, October 25. </p>
<p>Details: <br />-More than 600 channel catfish will be released into the San Antonio River for junior anglers, their parents, and fishing enthusiasts. Brackenridge Park Conservancy <br />-Poles, lessons, and light equipment will be provided, no fishing license required. Brackenridge Park Conservancy <br />-A special contest will be held for participants under 16: the first fish caught and the biggest fish caught will each win a prize (fishing poles awarded).
