Join us for the 4th Annual Kristela Cortez-King Fry Bread Social & Holiday Market on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10 AM to 5 PM at Mission Park Pavilions, San Antonio, TX!

This free, family-friendly event brings together community, tradition, and culture. Enjoy delicious fry bread, browse handcrafted goods from Native and non-Native artisans, and engage with tribal representatives who will share the histories of their people before, during, and after colonization in Texas.

The day includes traditional drumming, cultural storytelling, and a Native fashion showcase by Native American Notions by Nan B. Learn more about Native communities while exploring vendor booths filled with unique holiday gifts.

We’ll also host a silent auction, with all proceeds benefiting the Founders Legacy Scholarship, which supports Native youth from the San Antonio Missions pursuing higher education. Funds raised during the social help sustain our educational programming throughout the year.

Organized by the San Antonio Mission Indian Descendants, this event honors the legacy of the our Ancestors and our commitment to preserving Indigenous heritage, history, and presence in the region. Through this event, we continue our mission to educate the public, uplift Indigenous voices, and create space for cultural reconnection.

All are welcome. Come enjoy great food, unique shopping, cultural exchange, and community celebration!
