The Rendon Entrepreneurial Center (The REC) is a community-based entrepreneurship and workforce hub located on the South Side of San Antonio. Our mission is to support local small businesses, creators, and community leaders by providing affordable space, resources, and programming that helps individuals grow and thrive.
Through our memberships, The REC offers access to coworking and office space, meeting rooms, business development support, mentorship opportunities, and high-speed internet in a collaborative environment. Members can also take advantage of workshops, training sessions, networking events, and community gatherings designed to strengthen both personal and professional growth.
In addition to supporting entrepreneurs, The REC serves as a neighborhood anchor for youth education, nonprofit initiatives, and community revitalization efforts—creating a space where residents can build opportunity, preserve local history, and invest back into the South Side.
