San Antonio’s Southside residents are invited to the Southside Mayoral Forum, which will take place Wednesday, April 16, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Palo Alto College Auditorium. At the forum, residents will have the opportunity to make their voices heard and gain valuable insight into the city’s future leadership.
Hosted in the heart of the Southside, this important civic event offers community members the chance to engage directly with mayoral candidates and hear how they plan to address the issues that matter most to the Southside — from economic development and infrastructure to education, public safety, and healthcare access.
The forum will be moderated by RJ Marquez, traffic anchor/reporter for KSAT’s Good Morning San Antonio. RJ also fills in as a news anchor and has covered many stories, from breaking news and Fiesta to Spurs championships and high school sports. He began his career at KSAT in 2010 and is proud to serve San Antonio’s viewers while being an active part of the culture and community that make this city great.
