The Founders Forum is a small, invitation-only gathering that Baptist University of the AmĂ©ricas convenes a few times each year. It exists for one purpose: to bring together friends of BUA for an evening of meaningful conversation and learning. These evenings are educational. There is no ask. Back-to-school season is here, and students can enjoy 20% off admission to Smithsonian Starstruck from August 7-10. The interactive virtual reality experience takes visitors on an immersive journey through the universe, beginning at Earth’s observatories and traveling aboard the world’s most powerful space telescopes. Located at The Shops at Rivercenter beneath H&M on the Alamo Plaza side of the mall, Starstruck is open Thursdays through Sundays, with shows running from 10 a.m. to 6:40 p.m.
