As the midterms quickly approach and news of proposed legislation that could impact voting continues to circulate, the League of Women Voters of the San Antonio Area hopes that you will join us for a half-day program to learn about voting rights, how recent Supreme Court decisions and legislative actions impact our votes and how we can and must remain vigilant.  

Guests are invited to step into the vineyard for hands-on grape picking and stomping, guided tours, wine tastings, and seasonal celebrations that bring the winemaking process to life in a truly immersive way. Throughout the festival, offerings range from lively moonlit harvest evenings with dinner, wine education, and celebration rituals to daytime harvest experiences designed for families and all skill levels, often ending with brunch and sangria. Special ticketed events add even more variety, with events that highlight the creativity of the estate’s culinary and winemaking teams. 

Join us for our 2nd Annual Back-To-School Event happening Friday 7/24 from 5-9pm! This year it's being held at Slim's Sports Bar located at 1006 VFW Blvd SA 78223. Kids MUST be present to receive their backpack. Distribution starts at 6pm! We will have a bounce house for the kids to play and burn some energy as well as low cost kids haircuts and a DJ who knows how to keep up the energy! About 20 small business vendors who helped make this event possible by helping us provide these backpacks and school supplies to all children in the community. […]

Precinct 1 Friday Night Flicks in the Park Grab your blankets and chairs, and join us for a movie in the park under the stars.  Free admission.   Concessions available. Movies start at dusk. All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

A seasonal farm-to-table experience set on a scenic working farm featuring chef-driven menus made with locally sourced ingredients in an intimate outdoor setting. Full Moon Dinners highlight a rotating multi-course tasting menu inspired by each month’s harvest, beginning with a farm tour and ending with dessert under the stars. Throughout the season, additional themed dinners and special events, like cooking classes, graduation dinners, and football nights, offer a variety of unique, seasonal dining experiences on the farm.
