A new singer-songwriter series bringing talented musicians together for an evening of storytelling and live music. Join The Gunter Hotel for The Studio Lounge Sessions, taking place every Wednesday in August from 7-9 p.m. in the Gunter Studio, each session will give guests a behind-the-scenes look at the songwriting process as artists discuss their craft and share the songs that inspire them. Tickets are $15 per session.
La Noche del Tigre is a new live music and comedy series from The Krishna Company, debuting at Paper Tiger on Thursday, August 20. The inaugural lineup of acclaimed Texas and national artists and comedians includes performances by Tameca Jones, Eric Tessmer, SANA SANA, Atomic Toms, James Bullard, Nacya Marreiro and Chris Tellez. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show begins at 7 p.m. Advance tickets are available for $25, with day-of tickets available at the door for $30.
