A Health Department requirement: There must be a Certified Food Manager present during business hours at all Food Facilities. Attend this one-day class from 9am-5pm en Español, pass the exam with a 70% or higher, then you are certified. (this process takes about 2 weeks). Cost is $175ea for class & exam. Register by phone at least 5 days in advance at 210-785-9441 or register in person at Food Safety Direct, 3603 Fredericksburg Rd. Ste 109 from Mon -Thurs 9am-4pm, Fri 9am-1pm
