The Highland Park Neighborhood Association will address animal control — specifically wandering dog packs — at its next meeting Wednesday, Aug. 14, at the Bode Community Center, 901 Rigsby Ave., beginning at 6:30 p.m. Members also will continue discussion of a proposed conservation district within the neighborhood.
