This anniversary is especially meaningful because it marks more than another year in business. It also marks the beginning of our next chapter with a refreshed brand that reflects our growth while staying true to who we are.
Our August anniversary issue celebrates the people, businesses, organizations, and community partners who have been part of our story over the past six years. It also reflects how Live From The Southside continues to connect San Antonio with regional and national opportunities while remaining proudly headquartered where it all began. Every page is a reminder that our growth has never been about leaving the Southside behind. It’s about sharing its stories, celebrating its successes, and creating new opportunities for the communities we serve.
Over the past six years, Live From The Southside has expanded far beyond the pages of a magazine. Today, we connect with our audience through our website, newsletter, podcasts, video, radio, social media, tv appearances, and community initiatives. We’ve had the privilege of partnering with businesses of every size, supporting nonprofit organizations, highlighting entrepreneurs, promoting local events, and creating platforms like the Southside Book Fair to encourage literacy and celebrate local authors.
Our new logo represents this evolution. It symbolizes growth while honoring the community where it all began. Although our look has changed, our purpose has not. South San Antonio will always be our foundation, and we remain committed to telling stories that matter while continuing to expand our reach and create new opportunities for the communities we serve.
