You’re Invited: No Apologies Period Tea Party ☕🌸

This is an intergenerational event where we’re creating a safe space to talk openly about periods, health, and self-care—without shame. It’s for anyone who has started their period and also for those who no longer have one.

We’ll have a fun tea party theme, so feel free to dress up or wear your favorite pearls! Plus, everyone who attends will receive a free self-care kit with feminine products.

National No Apologies Period Day is all about breaking the stigma around menstruation and reminding us that there’s nothing to be ashamed of.
